It is not often that you fall in love with a part of a world that you are willing to travel 6000KM just to photograph. That is exactly what I did in October 1993. The results were two photo exibits in Slovakia in the Summer of 1994 which were presented to those same people who appear in the actual photographs.

The way people view themselfs and their surrounding and the way a photo camera views the same things is allways surprising. Presented here are some of those same photographs, so that you may see this corner of the world that has caused so much happiness in my life.
