It has become a Toronto tradition to treat all our honoured guests from Slovakia "Chicken Wings". The "delicacy" is not originally Canadian, but visiting Buffalo N.Y. for the evening is just too long a drive, so the Toronto version has been acceptable to most of Slovak guests. As always, the discussion turns to how hot the wings should be, with most patrons choosing "medium", but there are always die hards who will not eat anything but "suicide" version of the wings. The plate comes with at least 100 wings, but by the time the evening is over, all that there was left are chicken bones and memories of a unique night out in Toronto
