Since the first Slovaks arrived in Canada at the end of the 19th Century, they organized themselves into organizations that served their needs. Some of those organizations no longer exist, but their memory lives on both in peoples hearts and hopefully documented in the historical section of this home page.

Today, Canada is the home 100,000 Slovaks. Throughout this great country there are Slovak Canadian organizations serving the needs of their members as well as the needs of their community.
