Christmas cards - Vianocne pozdravy

The tradition of writing Christmas cards goes back to the beginning of this century. In Canada, the Friends of the good book publishing house from Galt, Ontario has been publishing Slovak Christmas cards for the last 25 years. Presented here are some of those Christmas cards, featuring some of the most famous Slovak artists living in exile at that time.

Zaciatok tradicie zasielania Vianocnych pozdravov sa spaja so zaciatkom nasho storocia. V Kanade su publikovane slovenske Vianocne pozdravy uz 25 rokov v spolocnosti Priatelia vydavatelstva dobrych knih. Su tu prezentovane pozdravy, na tvorbe ktorych sa podpisali slavni slovenski umelci zijuci toho casu v exile.
