The attendees had a chance to hear the various guests explain and express their opinions on the current status of Slovak-Canadian interrelationships and to allow us insight behind their
official positions so that we may better understand each other. As this was His Excellency, Mr. Mikolášik's first public appearance in front of so many Canadian Slovaks, he took the opportunity to introduce
himself, his background and his mandate in the Slovak Embassy in Ottawa. |
